Nisei Building Maintenance Co. Inc. was founded in 1972 by local boy, Wallace Teramoto as a 2-person, late-night, office cleaning service. As one of the first in the industry here in the islands, his business quickly grew into a leading full-service cleaning company. From the start, Mr. Teramoto was known to be hard-working and honest with a commitment to excellence, which continues to be ingrained in the company as 3 generations of the Teramoto family work together to lead Nisei.

Today, Nisei Building Maintenance has more than 60 employees and provides an array of top-to-bottom cleaning services geared for business, vacation and residential locations on Oahu. From floor waxing to window cleaning to much more, Nisei provides the highest level of maintenance service.
